2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating this website securely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Server log files
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits data that we record: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. We cannot attribute this data to any individual and do not combine it with other sources. It serves technical operation and defence against attacks (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
4. Cookies and consent
We use the consent manager Real Cookie Banner. It stores your decision on cookies and similar technologies locally in your browser so that we can demonstrate your consent and you are not asked again on every visit. The consent manager itself is technically necessary and sets no marketing cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the link in the footer. The legal bases are section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; for technically necessary storage, section 25(2) TDDDG.
5. Enquiry form
If you contact us through the enquiry form, we process the details you enter — shoot dates, location, subject, stage height, name, company, e-mail address, phone number and your message — in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Mandatory fields are marked as such. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The details are stored on our server and additionally sent to us by e-mail. We delete them once they are no longer required, at the latest when statutory retention periods expire.
6. Google Analytics 4
Only with your explicit consent do we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how this website is used. Data may be transferred to Google servers, including in the United States. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses. IP addresses are processed in truncated form. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
7. YouTube videos
On our project pages we embed films from YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Videos load only after you have given consent. Before that you see a preview image hosted by us, and no connection to Google is established. Once you consent, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies; if you are signed in to Google, the request may be attributed to your account. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.
8. Fonts
All fonts used on this website are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no data is transferred to third parties in this context.
9. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). 10. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

We update this privacy policy when the legal situation or the services used on this website change. The version published here applies.
